With Dianne doing "nanny duty" in Parry Sound, Ontario, I found the idea of spending Father's Day alone unappealing and drove up for a weekend visit.

Here's Grandma and, Emilie, our grand daughter, enjoying a Father's Day outing at the Dairy Queen.
