This Week -- December 19 to 25
Home for the Holidays. We are enjoying having our daughter, Rebecca, home for the holidays. She flew in from Sudbury, ON on Saturday in time for Dianne's family Christmas gathering in London, Rebecca is enjoying some time with us before her husband, Max, arrives on Christmas Eve. He is currently teaching French at a French public high school in Sudbury. I suspect he will be ready for the Christmas break by Friday!
This Week. Dianne, Rebecca, and I are heading out this evening to see the movie, "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe". The whole Chronicles of Narnia series was read several times through during the growing up years in our home. I've heard it's a good movie and look forward to a fun night together. Last bits of Christmas shopping, year end chores, and visiting with our ministry partners are all on the schedule for the last three days of this week.
Our Family Christmas. We are excited that our son, Paul, and his wife, Heather, will also be joining us on the weekend to make the family complete! Family fun on both Saturday and Sunday along with church together and a big turkey dinner are things we are all excited about.
Last Posting for 2005. Barring some type of unusual developments, I expect this to be the last blog posting for 2005. We are looking forward to what God has in store in 2006 and trust that it includes contact with you! GG
