This morning, I completed the Waterloo 10 K Classic Race in 1:03:57! That's within four minutes of my goal for 2005 of doing a 10 K race in under an hour. My running mates did better than me -- my son-in-law, Max Hamel, covered the ground in 50:56 and our daughter, Rebecca, came in at 56:26. My friend, Ron Bonar, was timed at 56:44.
